Yale Center for British Art

The museum's collection of British art includes paintings, prints, drawings, watercolors and rare books with special emphasis on the period from 1697 to 1851. Temporary exhibits are scheduled along with films, concerts, gallery talks, tours and lectures.

Please note that the Center requires visitors to check the following items at the Information Desk: backpacks of any size, shopping bags, all bags and pocketbooks 12 x 16 inches or larger and umbrellas. Wheelchairs, seeing eye dogs, and other aids for people with disabilities are permitted in the museum.
