High Rollers is a luxury bowling alley and lounge that's retro-chic modern touches. The 35,000-square-foot venue offers an innovative menu and two full-service bars, 20 bowling lanes, six professional billiard tables; two-level lounge with a piano and 50-seat marble bar; more than 60 big-screen high-definition televisions; and three private rooms that can accommodate 20 to 100 guests, as well as function space for up to 800 guests.
So unprofessional! Will never go back! We booked a VIP lane package for the evening of new years. We booked it about a month before New Years. We checked in at 10:30 for our reservation at 11 and received our bracelets. Our friend went under the rope to get in line behind our party and we were told we had to leave because of her intoxication level. The general manager came out of the back and said he had been watching us approach and he was canceling our reservation. Tom Sweeny treated us so unethically and refused to allow any of us in because we questioned his "authority" too many times. We went back to our hotel and they called security and said we had no reason to have our reservation canceled and that they would call high rollers and try to get our reservation back. They apologized for Mr Sweenys behavior and called him. He hung up multiple times on the woman from out hotel. I find this behavior appalling and will never return to another Foxwoods nightclub again. We were told by another security guard at our hotel that they all affiliated and have been giving Foxwoods a bad name.
