Boxcar's New Mexican cuisine mixes Mexican, American and Native American foods in an homage to the owner's childhood home of Albuquerque. The nachos are some of the best around, served with plump pinto beans, scallions, fresh green chiles, tomatoes, olives and Jack cheese. You can get them with beef or chicken, too. The house guacamole is a great addition. Along with some margaritas and sangria, it's a filling meal.
